Stress is an important psychological and lifestyle-related factor that can influence overall quality of life among young adults. This study examines the association between perceived stress and quality of life in this population. Stress is assessed through academic or occupational pressure, financial concerns, interpersonal difficulties, time management, and daily responsibilities. Quality of life is evaluated across physical health, emotional well-being, social relationships, sleep, daily functioning, and overall life satisfaction. The findings suggest that higher stress levels are associated with poorer quality of life, including reduced emotional well-being, greater fatigue, sleep disturbances, lower concentration, and decreased satisfaction with daily activities. In contrast, lower stress levels and effective coping strategies are associated with better physical, psychological, and social functioning. The study highlights the importance of stress management, social support, healthy lifestyle practices, and appropriate coping mechanisms in improving quality of life and promoting overall well-being among young adults.
