Poor sleep quality can negatively affect energy levels, concentration, mood, and daily functioning. This study examines the relationship between sleep quality and daytime fatigue among adults. Sleep quality is assessed through sleep duration, difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, sleep regularity, and overall sleep satisfaction. Daytime fatigue is evaluated using self-reported tiredness, reduced energy, difficulty concentrating, sleepiness, and limitations in routine activities. The findings suggest that individuals with poorer sleep quality are more likely to experience higher levels of daytime fatigue and reduced physical and mental performance. Frequent sleep disturbances and irregular sleep schedules may further contribute to persistent tiredness and impaired daily functioning. In contrast, adequate and uninterrupted sleep is associated with better daytime alertness and improved well-being. The study highlights the importance of healthy sleep habits, consistent sleep schedules, reduced nighttime disturbances, and appropriate evaluation of persistent sleep problems to improve daytime functioning and overall health.
